LEASED

119 +/- acres of prime whitetail country in Franklin County. This property has two connecting fields that will be planted in beans this spring and totals roughly 20 acres. The eastern section of woods is loaded with mature oaks while to the north and north west has much more security cover, particularly along the creek and a few of the fingers leading down to it. Trails and rubs indicate higher deer densities and some mega bucks working this tract. In fact, the landowner mentioned seeing two bucks on a few occasions that were tall and well past their ears in the beans last October. Additionally, turkey are plentiful and are in and around these fields regularly.
