2) We market your property to our ever growing network of hunters until we find the perfect match for you. Payment is typically delayed with this route, however the returns are slightly higher with this approach.

PROFESSIONAL LEASE SIGNED, LIABILITY INSURANCE ACQUIRED FROM HUNTERS

Following agreeing to terms, we then finalize our contract in the form of a lease. All parties will sign off on this contract.

Additionally, lessees will remit proof of hunting liability insurance coverage along with signing the mandated liability release and hold harmless waiver.
